Warranty Period: THREE MONTHS WARRANTY on electrical and mechanical parts.

Panels

Warranty Period: 12 MONTHS WARRANTY on panels.

Money Back Guarantee

Return Period: 30 DAYS MONEY BACK for unwanted parts.

Security Marks and Returns

Security Marking: All our parts have security marks on them.

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: Once return is received, we check if the item wasn't tampered with and our security marks are still intact. If verified, we refund in full for faulty or damaged items.
  • Unwanted and Mistakenly Purchased Items: Must be returned at buyer's expense. Refund will be issued once the item is received and security marks are verified as intact.
Important: Items with tampered or missing security marks may not be eligible for refund.

Liability Limitations

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LABOUR COST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This means that while we provide warranty coverage for parts themselves, we do not cover any costs associated with:

  • Labour charges for installation
  • Labour charges for removal
  • Labour charges for diagnosis
  • Any other labour-related expenses

Our warranty covers the replacement or repair of the part itself, but not the cost of having a mechanic or technician install, remove, or work on the part.

Payment and Data Security

WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

For your security and peace of mind:

  • We do not store or retain any credit card information
  • All payment processing is handled securely through our payment gateway
  • Your financial information is protected and never stored on our servers

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Get in touch with us to initiate the return process
  2. Pack Securely: Ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage during transit
  3. Preserve Security Marks: Do not remove or tamper with the security marks on the part
  4. Ship at Your Expense: For unwanted or mistakenly purchased items, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  5. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item and verify security marks
  6. Refund: If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

If an electrical or mechanical part fails within 3 months, or a panel fails within 12 months, contact us immediately. We will arrange for return and inspection. If the security marks are intact and the failure is due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
